Legacy benches n1ssim, targets MIBR’s insani

Legacy removed Vinicius “n1ssim” Pereira from its starting lineup a day after the team’s elimination from the Cologne Major. The club is targeting Felipe “insani” Yuji of MIBR as a likely replacement, according to reports.

Legacy finished Stage 3 of the Cologne Major with a 1-3 record. The team advanced from Stage 2 in the final round but ended the Major in 12th-14th place after a win over PARIVISION and losses to MOUZ, Natus Vincere and G2.

Insani remains under contract with MIBR. Reports indicate MIBR would be reluctant to release the player, which could complicate negotiations if Legacy pursues a transfer.

Klimentii “kl1m” Krivosheev’s loan to Legacy expired after the Cologne Major. G2 have indicated they are prepared to consider offers for the Russian AWPer, a development that could affect the market for teams seeking an AWPer.

N1ssim joined Legacy in January 2025 on a free transfer after his contract with Sharks expired, replacing Bruno “b4rtiN” Câmara in the starting lineup. With n1ssim on the roster, Legacy won back-to-back CS Asia Championship titles.

Legacy’s active roster now lists Eduardo “dumau” Wolkmer, Bruno “latto” Rebelatto, Guilherme “saadzin” Pacheco and Andrei “arT” Piovezan, with coach Bruno “RiVAS” Rivetti. Lucas “lux” Meneghini and Vinicius “n1ssim” Pereira have been moved to the bench.

Neither Legacy nor MIBR has confirmed the reported roster change. Any transfer of insani would depend on negotiations between the two organizations and the player involved.
