kyxsan parts ways with Falcons after April benching
Damjan ‘kyxsan’ Stoilkovski left Falcons after an April benching and is linked to Aurora’s new international roster project.
Damjan ‘kyxsan’ Stoilkovski has departed Falcons after being moved to the bench in April. The North Macedonian in-game leader is strongly linked to Aurora’s new international roster project, which has already signed Jimi ‘Jimpphat’ Salo and Ashley ‘ash’ Battye.
Falcons replaced kyxsan with Finn ‘karrigan’ Andersen in April. The team went on to win the IEM Cologne Major following that roster change.
While with Falcons, kyxsan won PGL Bucharest 2025 and led the team to 15 Big Event playoff appearances. Earlier in his career he guided Apeks to a Major playoff and later achieved the same result with HEROIC.
kyxsan described the benching as unfair, writing ‘I do think it’s unfair to me, we were promised time.’ At the time of publication neither Aurora nor kyxsan have confirmed a contract, and Falcons have not issued a public statement on the parting.
Roster adjustments ahead of major events are common in professional Counter-Strike. kyxsan enters free agency with a Major-level title and extensive experience as an in-game leader, credentials likely to be of interest to organizations planning further roster changes.
