Kuaishou Wins KWC 2026 as Honor of Kings Peaks at 782,526

The Honor of Kings World Cup 2026 peaked at 782,526 live viewers and logged 4.78 million watch hours as Kuaishou Gaming beat All Gamers 4-3 in the Grand Final in Paris.

The Honor of Kings World Cup (KWC) 2026 concluded on Aug. 8 in Paris. Kuaishou Gaming defeated All Gamers 4-3 in the Grand Final. The event reached a peak concurrent audience of 782,526 and recorded 4.78 million watch hours.

The Grand Final was a seven-game series between two Chinese teams. Kuaishou secured its first international trophy. All Gamers entered the event as the previous Esports World Cup champion and held multiple domestic and global titles over the prior three years.

Organizers expanded the tournament to 20 teams and required every team to play from the Group Stage. Automatic byes were removed and the “Last Chance” phase was dropped. Those changes increased the number of competitive matches and raised the stakes from the opening rounds.

Compared with the 2025 tournament, KWC 2026 posted an 86.6% increase in total watch time and a 76.4% rise in peak concurrent viewership. Promotional streams on Facebook during the Grand Final helped draw a larger global audience. Viewership totals reported here exclude concurrent figures from Chinese livestreaming platforms because those platforms use a different reporting standard.

The tournament awarded $600,000 to Kuaishou as the winner and $360,000 to All Gamers from a $3 million prize pool. Geekay Esports finished third with a 3-0 win over ROC Esports and received $280,000.

Kuaishou reached 1,000 Club Championship points, while Geekay moved to 850 points. All Gamers retained the Club Championship lead with 3,350 points after also winning the Tekken event during the same weekend.

By peak concurrent viewers, KWC 2026 ranked fifth among Esports World Cup events. The Honor of Kings final posted higher peak numbers than several PC and console titles at the event.

Organizers continue to publish match results and viewership statistics on Esports World Cup channels, where fans can follow remaining event outcomes and monitor standings.
