Gentle Mates negotiating sale of CS:GO roster

Gentle Mates co-founder Corentin ‘Gotaga’ Houssein confirmed the organization is negotiating the sale of its CS:GO roster and intends to leave the game. He said discussions are ongoing during the off-season as the club explores offers.

Reporter Sebastien ‘KRL’ Perez reported the whole roster is likely to be sold and identified Spanish organizations Heretics, KOI and GiantX as possible buyers. The team currently ranks 34th on the VRS list and is receiving interest from several parties.

Sources familiar with the talks say FaZe has shown concrete interest in signing sniper Antonio ‘MartinezSa’ Martinez, but negotiations are stalled over the transfer fee. Those sources add that any transfer of MartinezSa would affect a sale of the entire lineup because his value would be included in the roster price, increasing the overall cost and slowing progress on a full acquisition.

FaZe has not finalized which player or players it would replace and is keeping options open while evaluating targets during the off-season. Gentle Mates’ active roster includes Alejandro ‘alex’ Masanet, David ‘dav1g’ Granado Bermudo, Antonio ‘MartinezSa’ Martinez, Alejandro ‘mopoz’ Fernández-Quejo Cano and Pere ‘sausol’ Solsona Saumell, with Angel ‘repk3ys’ Gracia Navarro listed as coach.

The organization recently moved player deLonge to the bench as it weighs offers and negotiates potential transfers. Management has not announced a public timeline for a sale or formal exit from Counter-Strike, and conversations with interested parties remain private until terms and fees are agreed.
