Game Changers EMEA Grand Final, VCT watch party in Istanbul

Riot Games will stage the Game Changers EMEA Stage 3 Grand Final at ESA Esports Arena in Istanbul on Aug. 30. After the match the arena will remain open as the official VCT EMEA watch party for the VCT EMEA Stage 2 Finals in Barcelona. Tickets go on sale Aug. 3.

The Grand Final will determine which EMEA teams qualify for the VALORANT Game Changers Championship in November. ESA Esports Arena is the event organiser for a third consecutive year.

At last year’s Game Changers finals, European teams did not reach the top four.

The event schedule includes meet-and-greets with Game Changers players before the Grand Final, creator appearances, prize-winning activities and live coverage from the arena.

With the Grand Final and the VCT watch party scheduled on the same day, local fans can follow both the women’s circuit and the mixed-gender VCT finals in one venue.

Game Changers EMEA expanded its competitive structure through 2026, adding regular Cash Cups and other events to the calendar.

Some Game Changers players also appear in European National Championship lineups. Switzerland and Denmark are examples of nations that have fielded mixed squads.

Tomek, Esports Product Manager for VALORANT at VCT EMEA, described Istanbul as a “true home for VALORANT fans across the region” and called the watch party “a celebration for the entire VALORANT community.”

Tickets for the Game Changers EMEA Stage 3 Grand Final and the subsequent VCT EMEA watch party go on sale Aug. 3; the Grand Final and fan activities will take place Aug. 30 at ESA Esports Arena in Istanbul.
