Falcons pause academy squad and release players to explore options

Falcons have paused Falcons Force and allowed its players to explore other opportunities. The organization has not announced a replacement plan for the academy squad.

Falcons formed the team in September 2025 with Niels Christian “NaToSaphiX” Sillassen as head coach. Falcons Force reached No. 87 in the global VRS ranking in May 2026, its highest position.

The team’s best result was a fourth-place finish at the Parken Challenger Championship Season 3. Falcons Force had limited results in tier-two competition.

Matej “NucleonZ” Trajkoski received opportunities with the main Falcons roster. He replaced Maksim “kyousuke” Lukin at the BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 1 Finals in Malta after visa issues prevented the Russian player from attending. Falcons finished second at the event.

Two months later, NucleonZ replaced kyousuke in Falcons’ opening match against NRG at BLAST Open Rotterdam.

Falcons Force made one roster change after its creation. Sindre “Tapewaare” Ellefsen joined in place of Benjamin “Olaie” Olaie after previous stints with Apeks Rebels and CPH Wolves.

The final roster consisted of Vladimir “VENO” Stankovic, Andrei “grecu” Grecu, Oskar “clockzi” Led Blæsbjerg, Matej “NucleonZ” Trajkoski and Sindre “Tapewaare” Ellefsen. NaToSaphiX was the team’s coach.
