Eternal Fire signs Vladyslav ‘Kvem’ Korol

Eternal Fire announced Friday it signed Ukrainian player Vladyslav “Kvem” Korol. Kvem had been a free agent since June 26, when his contract with Passion UA expired.

He fills one of two roster vacancies created earlier this month after Eternal Fire released Sergiy ‘DemQQ’ Demchenko and Rigon ‘rigoN’ Gashi.

Kvem averaged a 1.11 rating over an 18-month period with Passion UA. Eternal Fire listed its active roster as Samet ‘jottAAA’ Köklü (on loan from Aurora), Iulian ‘regali’ Harjău, Gareth ‘MisteM’ Ries and Kvem, with Yiğit ‘yT’ Özden as coach.

Ömer ‘imoRR’ Karataş, Buğra ‘Calyx’ Arkın and Volodymyr ‘Woro2k’ Veletniuk are listed as benched players. The organization did not disclose the length or terms of Kvem’s contract.

Reports in Turkey link Eternal Fire to Alexander ‘br0’ Bro, an NRG benched player, as a possible signing. Eternal Fire has not confirmed interest in Bro or any further additions.

Eternal Fire is a Turkish esports organization competing in Counter-Strike.
