Eternal Fire signs soulfly, makes jottAAA permanent

Eternal Fire has signed Caner “soulfly” Kesici from Aurora to replace Alexander “br0” Bro and completed a permanent transfer for Samet “jottAAA” Köklü, restoring the team to a five-player roster.

The club announced the changes after benching Alexander “br0” Bro, who played eight matches for Eternal Fire. Caner “soulfly” Kesici had been moved to Aurora’s bench on July 2 after six months in Aurora’s starting lineup. During that period he averaged a 1.01 rating while playing supportive roles.

Soulfly was part of Aurora’s runs that finished second at ESL Pro League Season 23 and reached the semifinals of the IEM Cologne Major.

Samet “jottAAA” Köklü joined Eternal Fire on loan from Aurora in February and had rejoined the organization where he spent several earlier years. With the permanent transfer complete, his loan spell has ended and he is now a full roster member.

Eternal Fire’s active roster is now Caner “soulfly” Kesici, Gareth “MisteM” Ries, Iulian “regali” Harjău, Vladyslav “Kvem” Korol and Samet “jottAAA” Köklü, with Yiğit “yT” Özden listed as coach. Alexander “br0” Bro remains benched.

The club has not disclosed financial terms or details about how the new roster will be integrated into practice and upcoming events.
