Eternal Fire were competing in their first tournament with new signing Caner ‘soulfly’ Kesici, who joined the roster ahead of the qualifier. 100 Thieves’ lineup included Jack ‘Gizmy’ von Spreckelsen.

On August 24, Color beat EAC 2-1, Nemiga defeated Acend 2-0 and Nuclear TigeRES shut out CYBERSHOKE 2-0. Those results completed the list of teams advancing to the closed qualifier.

The closed qualifier will decide which squads move on to the IEM Beijing 2026 main event and determine the remaining spots in the tournament field.
