Eternal Fire benches Danish AWPer Alexander ‘br0’ Bro

Eternal Fire announced that Alexander ‘br0’ Bro has been moved to the team’s bench. Bro joined the Turkish organization on July 5 and appeared in eight matches before being removed from the active lineup.

Bro took part in Eternal Fire’s European Pro League Series 8 campaign, which the team won. He later played in NODWIN Clutch Series 10, where the team finished 9th–16th, and in the Esports World Cup 2026 Open Qualifier, where Eternal Fire were eliminated by BIG. The club cited Bro’s short run and his 0.93 rating over 21 maps as factors in the roster change.

Bro arrived from NRG, which had benched him in June after the club was eliminated in the first stage of the IEM Cologne Major. Across previous stops, Bro recorded a 1.02 rating with Monte, a 1.01 rating with Astralis and a 1.13 rating during an 18-month spell with NRG.

Eternal Fire’s active roster now lists Gareth ‘MisteM’ Ries, Iulian ‘regali’ Harjău, Vladyslav ‘Kvem’ Korol and Samet ‘jottAAA’ Köklü, with Yiğit ‘yT’ Özden as coach. Bro has been moved to a substitute role. The organization did not provide a timetable for a possible return to the starting lineup and released no direct quotes alongside the announcement.
