Bigo Live to stream Esports World Cup 2026 in MENA
Bigo Live will stream key Esports World Cup 2026 matches in the Middle East and North Africa and host creator-led watch parties for three mobile titles.
Bigo Live has been named an official content partner for the Esports World Cup 2026 in the Middle East and North Africa. The livestreaming platform will carry key matches and run creator-led watch parties for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Honor of Kings and PUBG Mobile.
The activation focuses on those three mobile titles rather than the full EWC schedule. Regional creators will host dedicated streams and watch parties that provide multilingual commentary, live reactions and direct viewer engagement.
Bigo Live plans to use in-app features to support broadcasts, including premium placements, launch screens, dedicated event pages, tournament schedules and push notifications. Viewers will have access to match predictions, tournament-linked discussions and EWC-themed giveaways during streams.
Bigo Live will publish coordinated content across its social channels timed to major tournament phases and ceremonies. The Esports Leaders executive gathering at the Hôtel du Collectionneur in Paris will convene senior decision-makers in esports and gaming during the closing days of the Esports World Cup.
Khaldoun Mahmoud, Government Relations Director for the Middle East and North Africa at Bigo Technology, commented: “The partnership is designed to make esports viewing interactive and communal while supporting regional creators and celebrating MENA gaming communities.”
Bigo Live described the activation as aiming to connect Arabic-speaking and other multilingual gaming communities with matches, players and conversations in the languages they use day to day. The company pointed to the Dubai Esports and Games Festival, which drew more than 43,000 attendees earlier this summer.
The Esports World Cup 2026 will have multiple broadcast partners worldwide.
