BetBoom: No Permanent Signing for FL4MUS This Year
BetBoom CEO Artem Saveliev wrote the club will not sign Timur ‘FL4MUS’ Marev from Virtus.pro permanently this year, citing role fit, mentality, map positions, team synergy and the buyout fee.
Artem “Pioneer” Saveliev announced on Telegram that BetBoom will not complete a permanent signing for Timur “FL4MUS” Marev this year. FL4MUS has been on loan to BetBoom for several events while remaining under contract with Virtus.pro.
Saveliev addressed frequent questions from fans with a direct reply: ‘My answer: not this year.’ He outlined the factors the organisation uses to evaluate a permanent transfer.
The coaching staff assesses how a player fits defined roles and map positions, individual skill level, personal qualities and mentality, and how well the player works with teammates. Saveliev also cited the buyout fee as a financial consideration in the decision.
FL4MUS most recently played for BetBoom at the IEM Cologne Major, where the team advanced through three Swiss stages to reach the playoffs. That loan period gave BetBoom competitive time to evaluate his fit with the roster.
Under the loan terms, Virtus.pro remains FL4MUS’s parent club. Saveliev wrote that BetBoom will continue to evaluate roster needs and financial implications rather than pursuing a buyout this year.
The club did not rule out future negotiations but confirmed there will be no permanent transfer of FL4MUS during the current season.
