AUS Esports names Awards and Trophies as official partner

AUS Esports & Gaming has appointed Awards and Trophies as its official awards partner, formalising a decade-long supplier relationship and securing custom medals and trophies for its 2026 grassroots events across Australia.

The agreement upgrades a long-standing regional arrangement into a national partnership covering school esports championships, community tournaments and live events run by AUS Esports & Gaming and Queensland Esports. Awards and Trophies will supply medals and event hardware for fixtures in 2026, including the Acer Predator QEG Fest Ekka in August, the Ipswich Esports Cup at the Ipswich Civic Centre in September, and interstate events such as the Adelaide School Esports Championships and The Tour Adelaide in October and November.

AUS Esports & Gaming began in Queensland and manages end-to-end event delivery, runs structured intra-school leagues and stages community gaming activations. The organisation is expanding beyond Queensland to add educational and competitive pathways for students and grassroots players outside major metropolitan centres, and the supplier deal is intended to support that expansion.

This partnership ensures we’ll continue delivering high-quality awards across our growing calendar of school championships, community events and national competitions, while also working together to create custom awards that make every achievement even more memorable.”

The formal naming of an official awards partner arrives as the Australian esports sector invests in local infrastructure and grassroots development. In July 2026, venue operator Game Square opened the 550-square-metre Red Bull Gaming Hub Parramatta in Western Sydney. Industry gatherings for senior decision-makers have included discussions on support for community competition and talent pathways.

Under the agreement, Awards and Trophies will supply hardware across AUS Esports & Gaming’s national 2026 calendar, standardising award presentation at school and community competitions as the operator scales activities across multiple states.
