TYLOO upsets MOUZ 13-7 on Inferno at CS Asia Championships

TYLOO defeated MOUZ 13-7 on Inferno in the opening best-of-one of the CS Asia Championships 2026 on May 20 in China. TYLOO built a 10-2 advantage while attacking, and although MOUZ won the T pistol round, TYLOO took the final three rounds to close the map.

Qianhao ‘Moseyuh’ Chen led TYLOO with 17 kills and a 1.65 rating. Su ‘Zero’ Jingshen added 13 kills, a match-high 85.0 ADR and a 1.55 rating. Yi ‘JamYoung’ Yang finished with 15 kills and a 1.40 rating. Jingxiang ‘Mercury’ Wang, the in-game leader, posted 13 kills and an in-match 1.07 rating. Dongkai ‘Jee’ Ji recorded eight kills.

MOUZ struggled to respond on Inferno. Adrian ‘xelex’ Vincze finished even at 12-12 with a 1.04 rating. Lotan ‘Spinx’ Giladi and Justinas ‘jL’ Lekavicius ended with 11-13 and 12-13 scorelines, respectively, both below a 1.00 rating. Dorian ‘xertioN’ Berman and Ádám ‘torzsi’ Torzsa combined for 12 kills and registered lower ADRs.

On Ancient, B8 beat Ninjas in Pyjamas 13-9. NiP opened with a 1v5 pistol clutch by Rasmus ‘sjuush’ Beck and an ace from Kacper ‘xKacpersky’ Gabara that put B8 down 0-4. B8 recovered with a force-buy win, took a 7-5 lead at half and closed the map on the back of Andrii ‘npl’ Kukharskyi, who finished 26-13 with a 1.91 rating and 101.9 ADR.

Other opening-day results included PARIVISION handing Team Liquid, playing without Mario ‘malbsMd’ Samayoa, a 13-9 loss that sent Liquid to the lower bracket. MIBR beat 3DMAX 13-9 on Anubis, and The MongolZ defeated Lynn Vision 13-3.
