IEM Beijing 2026 runs Nov. 2-8 at Bloomage Biotech Biohyalux ECM Arena with 16 teams, a $1.25 million purse, fans all six days and a 360-degree stage.

ESL-FACEIT group will stage IEM Beijing 2026 at the Bloomage Biotech Biohyalux ECM Arena in Beijing from Nov. 2 to Nov. 8. The Counter-Strike 2 tournament will feature 16 teams competing for a $1,250,000 prize pool. Organizers confirmed spectators will be admitted on each day of competition.

Matches will be played on a 360-degree stage that organizers say will allow viewing from all sides. ESL has not released the full match schedule or exact tournament format.

The announcement marks ESL’s return to Beijing since IEM Beijing 2019. The 2019 event was won by Astralis; 100 Thieves finished second and Vitality reached the semifinals.

ESL typically fills IEM events with a mix of direct invites and regional qualifiers. The complete team list, detailed format and broadcast information will be published closer to the event.

Marc Winther, director of CS2 Esports at ESL-FACEIT group, commented, “Over the past years, we’ve experienced the incredible passion and energy of Chinese fans first-hand. With IEM Beijing 2026, we’re excited to take things to the next level.”
