FURIA opened the series on Ancient, a map they had rarely played this year, and controlled both halves to close the map 13–3. G2 recovered on Anubis, using coordinated mid-rounds and stronger individual play to take that map 13–3. On Dust2, FURIA regained momentum and closed the series with a 13–4 win.
FURIA’s in-game leader Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo directed the team’s tactics while molodoy delivered multiple multi-kill rounds on Dust2 and finished with the match’s highest rating. Mareks “YEKINDAR” Gaļinskis and Yuri “yuurih” Santos provided consistent fragging across the maps. Kaike “KSCERATO” Cerato recorded a quad kill on an early force-buy on one map.
