FaZe top RLG Tesla Cup group, Major odds reach 98%

FaZe won Group A at the RLG Tesla Cup in Belgrade on Tuesday after defeating Alliance and K27 by 2-0. The results raised the team’s projected chance of qualifying for the Singapore Major to 98%.

Russel “Twistzz” Van Dulken’s international roster entered the tournament with a chance to qualify, but its place at the Major was not guaranteed. The two wins improved FaZe’s position in the qualification race.

FaZe controlled both series and allowed Alliance and K27 to score at least 10 rounds on only one map across the two matches.

FaZe will play in the tournament’s semifinal on Thursday, Oct. 29. The team’s opponent has not yet been confirmed.
